Darlene mentioned a downpayment has already been made.

Attached to this email is the design of the t-shirt.  This was chosen
during the meeting yesterday.  As you can see it was also based on the
initial designs of Elaine with the suggestions of other batchmates.
Chu was able to ask someone from here to just put it all together.

  PICK YOUR REUNION T-SHIRT DESIGN
( In fairness to the last poll results, the voting needs to be redone )

We were also able to talk about the other details like decors (blue &
white balloons and a streamer as a backdrop), streamers to be placed
around Angeles City (Thanks to Jam!), Tickets (Thanks to Chu!),
Presentation (Thanks Da!), Programme and our Charity Donation.
Please give your suggestions so we can all be involve.

Next meeting will be on June 26, 10 am.  Hopefully will have more
batchmates attending the meeting.

Reunion Kick Off

Tentative (but chosen) date is December 30, 2005, a Friday, 5 in the
afternoon at SOS bar, Angeles City.  Our second choice is Teresa's Hall
(nope, it is not owned by out busy-with-her-lovelife-but-willing-to-help Ms. Chu-
chay), and third choice is City Sports (so that we can get a big discount on
the venue if ever.

Assessment if P500.00 per person including food and drinks, a t-shirt,
souvenir newsletter and directory. there are about 250 of us but ofcourse, not
all will be able to attend, so we are hoping for 100 people and at 500 per
person, that P50,000.00 which actually isnt much because we also want to
make a donation to this charitable institution that houses children with
cerebral palsy (upon Chu's suggestion) which i think is a good idea.  We can
donate cash and in kind like food, clothes...

HOWEVER, since we've all somehow have stable jobs and income to get us
by, some of us have decided to pledge P1,000.00 per head to cover for those
other batch mates who may not be willing or able to attend
because...because..because.  So we have more funds to print tickets, tshirts,
etc. And i was hoping those who would be going around inviting our
batchmates will evetually get a small reimbursement for food and gas spent, di
 ba ?

As for our batchmates from the US of A, New Zealand, Australia, London, and
from all over the world, you may pledge whatever your heart desires but we
are hoping you send us not less than US$30.00.  Even if you cannot come,
you will be sent a copy of the directory and hopefully t-shirt, as long as you
send your shirt size.  This will all be spent for the reunion and ofcourse, to
charity.

Actually, we've decided to set P100.00 from the P500.00 assessment as for
charity.  If we get more funds, the better.  We also hope to solicit from non-
HFA batch mates for prizes for the games, raffle etc.

Those present during the first meeting last March 25'05 agreed to put up the
P1000 per person na. Actually, if you are willing to dinate more than P1000,
you are most welcome !!  Chu will open (if she hasnt yet) a separate account
for our reunion funds.  So, may acounting din for those who will want a report.
We will announce the next meeting which is tentatively set April 23 or 24 and
it would be great to see you.

For starters, please get the email and cell phone #s of any Familian Batch 85
you meet and inform us here  so we may contact them. If you want to send
your share, aba, that's even better.  Just email us and we'll find a way to meet
 up and collect.

There is more to be done but at least, we've started somehow... we are doing
this for out batch and for a little charity work so make our 20th year more
meaningful.

so please check your email regularly and lets keep in touch.
